I think one solution may be to add an exclusion for the Sonarr category in qBittorrent to the run after download command.

I've looked for a solution through Google and multiple forums, but haven't found a definitive answer.

This determines the format for the output files. The interface changes depending on what you select here. FileBot displays the tools it offers on the left in a small sidebar.
